Most personnel from the City Assessor’s Office participated in the much-awaited annual festival of the city—the Araw ng Dabaw. On its 80th year, the celebration was anchored with the theme: “Stand Tall, United, Resilient” that depicts the strength of the Davaoeños against all forms of terrorism and wickedness.

Personnel from this office took part in the launching of the Araw ng Dabaw last March 1, 2017 by wearing red shirts and/or blouses, as encouraged by the Office of the City Administrator. Some also actively participated during the Araw ng mga Empleyado dated March 14, 2017 through the Larong Pinoy spearheaded by the Human Resource Management Office while some graced their dancing skills and showcased their talents through the Cheerdance Competition.

Twenty (20) selected personnel also volunteered to participate in the Parada Dabawenyo held last March 16, 2017.

It was indeed a memorable and productive Araw ng Dabaw for the office and for the whole city as it was rooted with advocacy, friendship and festivity.
