NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC
All real property owners who shall be acquiring real property such as land, building and machinery, who shall be making any improvement or who shall be constructing a building are required to file a duly notarized Sworn Statement declaring the true value of their properties for taxation purposes.
If property owners fail or refuse to make such declaration, the city assessor himself shall declare and assess the properties for taxation.
